Who I help
Most people who call me open with one of five sentences. If one of them sounds like something you have said out loud, we should talk.
Coaching for people who…
Five profiles, not five products. The coaching is the same system tuned to a different starting point.
The busy professional
“You know what to do. You just never do it consistently.”
The plan is not the missing piece. The missing piece is a schedule that survives a bad week, and someone who notices when you disappear.
The former athlete
“You want to train with purpose again, not wander a gym.”
You already know how to work hard. What you want back is a reason to, and a program that respects what your body has been through since.
Frustrated with lack of progress
“You have tried, and you stalled. You need a plan that adapts.”
Most programs are written once and never revisited. Every six weeks we look at what actually happened and change the plan to match your life, not the other way round.
Needs accountability, not information
“You do not need another PDF. You need someone in your corner.”
There is no shortage of information. There is a shortage of someone who knows your name, your history, and what you said you would do this week.
Homebound or limited mobility
“Training that comes to you, at your pace, safely.”
No gym, no car, no stairs to negotiate. I bring the equipment to your living room and work at the level you are actually at today.
Arranging training for someone else?
A good share of my in-home clients did not make the first call themselves. A son or a daughter did, usually after a fall, a surgery, or a discharge from physical therapy that ended before the person felt ready.
If that is you, you are not really shopping for exercise. You are deciding whether to let someone into a parent’s house every week. Here is what that decision is actually made of:
- A degree in Exercise Physiology, not a weekend certificate.
- The same person at the door every visit, so trust has a chance to build.
- Work that runs alongside a physical therapist, never instead of one.If there is an active plan of care, I stay inside it.
- Updates to you as well, not only to the person I train.
The difference is the system
What you are buying is not a collection of workouts. It is a way of deciding what to do, repeated until you can run it yourself.
Planning
We decide what matters now and what waits. Fewer decisions, made once.
Execution
Sessions that fit the week you actually have, not the ideal one.
Accountability
Someone who notices. That is most of the difference.
Adjustment
Every six weeks the plan changes to match what happened.
Your job is not to do more. It’s to decide fewer things repeatedly.
